Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks, workbooks, downloadable resources), all sales are final. Once your order has been processed and the files have been delivered, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

If you encounter any issues with accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at [email protected], and we will make sure you receive your order promptly.

Physical Products

For physical books or merchandise purchased directly from us:

  • Refunds are available only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Requests for a refund or replacement must be made within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Workshops, Coaching, or Events

  • Refund requests for live workshops, coaching sessions, or events must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or no-shows. In some cases, we may offer a reschedule or credit toward future services.
